Why Risk Dynamics?

As a young graduate knowledgeable in quantitative disciplines such as: actuarial sciences, econometrics, statistics or financial engineering, Risk Dynamics is a unique environment where you can finally put all of your theory into practice, whilst working on real client projects together with senior colleagues. You will be encouraged to actively participate in research & development activities and to consistently improve our methodologies. In addition, you will work in a well-structured atmosphere and an international environment providing you with the opportunity to work on intriguing quantitative projects with comprehensive learning & development possibilities.

What Roles are Available?

Young graduates within Risk Dynamics are invited to discover the world of consulting as a Junior Consultant in core areas such as credit, market, insurance and operational risk. Mentored and coached by senior colleagues, junior consultants learn to analyse client-specific needs and to translate these into accurate, effective and pragmatic recommendations. Prior to graduation, Risk Dynamics offers a unique traineeship program aimed at those who are looking to further enhance their research skills in a business environment.

What Roles are Available?

Experienced professionals can find a career with Risk Dynamics in Credit Risk, Market Risk and Operational Risk while working in different segments of the market: Retail or Corporate Banking, Asset Management and Insurance in our various locations. Depending on the experience one brings and the competences one has, professionals roles such as: Consultant or Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager and Partner are titles used at Risk Dynamics. As your career progresses, you will evolve from knowledge expert to project leader with growing leadership skills before taking on the challenge of building client relationships.
