Kevin is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Risk Dynamics since October 2019 and a Senior Partner in the New York office of McKinsey & Company. He co-founded McKinsey’s Global Risk Practice and is the global leader of our risk advanced analytics and cybersecurity efforts. In addition, he co-Chairs our Launch Committee, providing early stage funding for technology-enabled innovations across the Firm.
For more than two decades, Kevin has helped senior executives at leading financial institutions solve their most challenging strategic, risk, regulatory and analytical problems. Prior to McKinsey, he served as COO of International Equity Partners, L.P., an emerging markets private equity firm, practiced corporate law as an attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, and was co-founder and CFO of Crimson & Brown Associates.
He received an A.B. from Harvard College in economics, summa cum laude, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, magna cum laude, where he served as an editor of the Harvard Law Review. Kevin’s more recent analytics-based courses and certifications through Coursera include Machine Learning (offered by Stanford University), Neural Networks and Deep Learning (offered by deeplearning.ai), and Google Cloud Platform Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals (offered by Google Cloud).
