Frédéric serves financial services and public sector organizations around the world on their strategic, risk, digital, and analytics challenges.

Background

Frédéric joined Risk Dynamics more than 12 years ago, and has been instrumental in its growth across European and Middle Eastern markets. He recently created the Risk Dynamics hub in Paris.

Frédéric is also core leader of McKinsey’s Risk & Resilience Practice in France and Benelux. He has led numerous engagements serving global financial institutions, focusing on strategy and risk transformation programs, and covering a variety of issues, including digital innovation, analytics, leadership, and organization.

And he is a core member of the McKinsey Public Sector Institutions Group, where he serves national and supra-national institutions, and participates in public debates over financial stability.

Earlier, Frédéric worked for another major consulting group, where he led risk transformation programs for G-SIFI banks. He began his career as credit risk manager for a global bank. During his time there, he created and led the Customer Intelligence Department.

He regularly interacts with supervisors, facilitates executive trainings and is a speaker at key risk management events.

Frédéric holds magna cum laude master’s degree in business administration from the Louvain School of Management, magna cum laude master’s degree in financial risk management from the Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles, magna cum laude master’s degree in enterprise resource planning from the Solvay Brussels School Economics & Management, and a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles, also magna cum laude.
